Former Associate Professor & Deputy Dean | Wellbeing Educator in Mindfulness, Meditation, Healthy Foods & Financial Wellbeing

With a long-standing background in academia and adult education, Dr. Puven brings depth, clarity, and compassion to her wellbeing work. Over many years of working closely with adults from diverse backgrounds, she observed a consistent reality: knowledge alone does not protect individuals from stress, declining health, or financial strain. This insight led to the development of a whole-life wellbeing approach that reflects the realities of modern living. Rather than focusing on quick fixes or complex systems, Dr Puven emphasises gentle, practical education that people can apply in their everyday lives.
Her work integrates three essential pillars of wellbeing:

  • mindfulness and meditation to support calm and mental clarity,
  • healthy foods and functional nutrition education to nourish the body,
  • financial wellbeing education that builds healthy money habits and awareness of different income streams.
The focus is not on perfection, but on realistic daily practices that strengthen the mind, support physical vitality, and build greater confidence and stability in life. Through Optimise Your Wellbeing, Dr Puven supports individuals to move forward with clarity, balance, and purpose—one step at a time.
